The “Manufacture” project will be completed and presented at the beginning of March. The main reason for its launch was to introduce the “Women Creators” NGO from Ulcinj, its members and the various techniques they use to make unique handicrafts. The project also promotes the town of Ulcinj and its unique and hidden treasures.
